EkoUNIMED is a Privately owned, specialized University, with its flagship Programme in Medicine and Surgery. The University is poised to expand its Academic portfolio by introducing additional B.Sc. programmes, including Nursing, in the forthcoming admission cycle.
The institution has a standing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Lagos State Government, granting access to state-owned facilities for Academic and Clinical training purposes.

EkoUNIMED received FULL ACCREDITATION from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) in December 2024.

Admission Requirements
Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of admission.
O’Level Qualification: A minimum of five (5) credit passes in core science subjects, obtained at a single sitting, is required.
UTME Requirement: Candidates must have selected the institution as one of their choices on the JAMB CAPS platform.
Minimum UTME Score:
MB;BS Programme: 200
Other Health Science Programmes (in view): 180
Direct Entry Requirement:
Candidates applying through Direct Entry must possess a minimum of 14 points from any of the following:IJMB / JUPEB A’ Level results
A B.Sc. degree in a cience-related field with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division
