Candidates who possess first or upper second class division or equivalent classification from recognized universities shall normally be admitted to the Masters degree programmes (MSc, MPH, M.Med.)
Candidates for admission into Ph.D on the basis of Masters Degree or its equivalent shall normally be expected to obtain an average score of B grade or Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 in the course work.
Candidates who fail to obtain a minimum CGPA of 3.5 shall terminate with a Masters degree.
Candidates with a minimum score of n CGPA of 3.5 shall undertake a comprehensive examination to determine their competence and suitability for a Ph.D programme.
In all cases, official transcripts of academic records as well as favourable reference reports shall accompany the application of prospective candidates for Ph.D programmes.
